The RideBox Team
A multidisciplinary group of engineers, designers, strategists, and operators committed to building the most reliable, safe, and equitable e-hailing platform in South Africa.
Built by South Africans, for South Africans
RideBox was founded by two CPUT graduates who saw the same problem from different parts of the country. One from Soweto, one from Port Elizabeth, both frustrated by a mobility system that failed when it mattered most.
Rather than accept the status quo, Dumisane Zikalala and Alulutho Mbangela chose to build. Today, they lead a growing team committed to solving real problems with real infrastructure.
