By accessing and using the RIDEBOX website, mobile application, or platform (collectively, the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on RIDEBOX's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or any public display
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Rider and Driver Responsibilities
Riders: You agree to provide accurate information, follow safety instructions, and treat drivers and property with respect. You are responsible for any damage to vehicles or property during trips.
Drivers: You agree to maintain a safe vehicle, follow traffic laws, and provide courteous service. Background check requirements and vehicle inspection standards must be met continuously.
4. Payment Terms
All fares are displayed before confirmation. Payments must be made through authorized methods. Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days. RIDEBOX reserves the right to suspend accounts with outstanding payments.
5. Safety and Security
Users agree to comply with all safety protocols, including facial verification and emergency procedures. RIDEBOX is not responsible for personal injuries, property damage, or safety issues resulting from user non-compliance with safety measures.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RIDEBOX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the RIDEBOX website and platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of RIDEBOX (Pty) Ltd and protected by copyright laws.
8. Termination
RIDEBOX reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, safety concerns, or fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
